Due to the fact that our dresses are made to order there are No cancellations, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges on sale items.
No returns or exchanges on veils, earrings, hair accessories.
No return or exchanges on all "Special Order".
All items purchased directly from Regency Brides Limited are sold as seen.
We start processing orders as soon as they're placed on line, and are unable to change or cancel orders once a payment has been authorised. This includes changes to products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method.
Often there may be variations in the way a dress appears due to camera angle, lens used or lighting conditions. Differences in the computer monitor that the photos are viewed on may also influence how colors appear. Regency Brides Limited does not accept returns based on these factors.
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase, but if you have an exceptional circumstance i.e. defective, damaged or incorrect items, we can exchange (Not Refund).
To receive an exchange, we will need your original receipt or proof of purchase, such as a bank statement. If you don't have your receipt or other proof of purchase we will be unable to offer an exchange.
REPORTING AN ISSUE
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'd like to make it right. Tell us about the issue by calling 0208 687 1941 or emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
When you send back the item, include a note of explanation in the return bag.
